Once a purchase is successfully completed and course access is granted, we do not offer any refunds, partial refunds, or course cancellations under any circumstances.

3. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event that you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, please reach out to our support team with your payment receipts within 48 hours. Upon verification, the duplicate extra amount will be refunded back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.

2. Screening Tools Access
