1. General Services & Non-SEBI Advisory Disclaimer

  • Mizan Capital is strictly an educational and analytical platform. We are NOT registered with SEBI as Investment Advisors, Research Analysts, or Portfolio Managers.
  • None of our courses, training modules, or automated stock screening tools provide stock tips, trade calls, or buy/sell/hold recommendations.
  • All content is provided purely for educational purposes. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions and trading risks.

2. Course Access & Plans

We offer our flagship educational program (Halal Trading Mastery) with two flexible access options:

  • 3-Month Access Plan: Provides full course access, live doubt sessions, and community support for a duration of 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • 6-Month Access Plan: Provides full course access, live doubt sessions, and community support for a duration of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Access to the course materials will automatically expire at the end of your selected plan duration unless renewed.

3. Course Delivery via Third-Party App (Tagmango)

  • All course hosting, video playback, and live session delivery are managed through our authorized platform partner, Tagmango.
  • Upon purchasing a course plan on Mizan Capital, you will be redirected to complete the payment and will be required to download and access the course via the Tagmango Mobile App.

4. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Legal Action

All educational materials, video lectures, strategy frameworks, graphics, text, and screeners available on Mizan Capital are the exclusive intellectual property of Mizan Capital.

  • Strict Ban on Recording & Distribution: Screen recording, screen capturing, downloading, reproducing, sharing, reselling, or distributing any part of our course content is strictly prohibited.
  • External Recording Warning: Attempting to record video lessons using external devices (such as a second phone, camera, or screen recording software) is a direct violation of our copyright policies.
  • Strict Legal Action: If any user is found recording, pirating, or illegally distributing our course content through any means, Mizan Capital reserves the right to immediately terminate the user’s access without any refund and initiate strict legal proceedings/criminal action under applicable Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Copyright Laws of India.

5. Automated Stock & IPO Screeners

  • Our Stock and IPO Screeners process data based on automated algorithmic screening criteria and Shariah compliance logic.
  • Screeners are toolkits for personal research only and do not guarantee stock performance or financial outcomes.

6. Modifications to Terms

Mizan Capital reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with the revised date.
